Glossary of Avaya MPS Series Terminology referral call timer

referral call timer The system timer (reftot) that defines the time allotted for a dual-line

referral. The default is 6 minutes. When reftot expires, PLM issues

reftim to the application.

Use a PeriProducer Environment block to set reftot.

relational database A database organized such that you can access information based on

relationships between data items.

PeriProducer supports access and manipulation of relational

databases through the SQL block. You can also use PeriSQL to

construct SQL commands to query the database.
