Configuring IP Utilities

Specifying the NetBIOS Station Name
You can use Site Manager to specify the 1- to 16-character name of a NetBIOS
station.
Site Manager Procedure
You do this System responds
1. In the Configuration Manager window,
choose Protocols.
The Protocols menu opens.
2. Choose IP. The IP menu opens.
3. Choose NetBIOS. The NetBIOS menu opens.
4. Choose Static Name. The NetBIOS/IP Static Entry Table
window opens.
5. Click on the static entry you want. The parameter values for that entry
appear in the window.
6. Set the NetBIOS Station Name
parameter. Click on Help or see the
parameter description on page A-28.
7. Click on Apply, and then click on Done. Site Manager returns you to the
Configuration Manager window.
