3. Click the Change link for the Menu node.

4. The CCR Menu Node Properties page appears. In the Caption box

type a caption for the node.

5. To record the Primary and Alternate prompts, click the Voice button

and follow the steps in the Recording Prompts section of this guide.

6. Click the Submit button.
