Using the BCC
To configure the router as a boundary router, go to the global OSPF prompt (for
example,
box; ip; ospf
) and enter:
as-boundary-router
<state>

Using Site Manager
To configure the router as a boundary router, complete the following tasks:
Site Manager Procedure
You do this System responds
1. In the Configuration Manager window,
choose Protocols.
The Protocols menu opens.
2. Choose IP. The IP menu opens.
3. Choose OSPF/MOSPF. The OSPF/MOSPF menu opens.
4. Choose Global. The Edit OSPF Global Parameters
window opens.
5. Set the AS Boundary Router parameter.
Click on Help or see the parameter
description on page A-38.
6. Click on OK. You return to the Configuration Manager
window.
