Set the Modem Factory Defaults parameter to Disable.
Click on Help for parameter descriptions.
4. In the Modem Config String parameter, enter a standard AT command
string.

commands for the ARN or Passport 5430.

Customizing the Passport 2430 PCMCIA Modem Card
In addition to the console port, the Passport 2430 supports a PCMCIA modem
card to access the Technician Interface.
The PCMCIA modem card is set to operate as a remote console using a
factory-default configuration. Nortel Networks recommends using this default
configuration.
Caution:
Entering an invalid command string could disable the modem. Site
Manager can verify AT command string changes only when in dynamic mode.
