6. If the Passport 5430 contains a card in Slot 1, PCI Slots 2, 3, or 4, do the

following:

a. Click on Module 1 for Slot 1, PCI Slots 2, 3, or 4 in the Configuration

Manager window.

The Module List window for the Passport 5430 opens (Figure 2-21)

b. Select the module type from the Module list.

You return to the Configuration Manager window, which now displays an

interface for the selected module.

c. Click on OK.

d. To select a second module for Slot 1, PCI Slots 2, 3, or 4, repeat steps

a, b, and c.

7. Configure the Passport 5430 module interfaces next.

You return to the Configuration Manager window, which now displays the

module interfaces. Figure 2-23

shows the interfaces for a sample

configuration.
