VTCPD Messages

This informs the VTCPD daemon of the application’s availability. When the host data

arrives, the VTCPD daemon tries to locate a phone line with the matching Message

ID. If no such line exists, the Message ID is associated with the registered phone line

and the data is sent to the application.

The application then executes SEND operations which do not change Message ID. All

other messages from the host with the same Message ID are delivered to the same line.

The line can disassociate itself from the Message ID by executing the Free operation

of the PeriProducer Resource block.
