Initiating a call using Call Directory

The Call Directory feature allows you to call any person listed in any Address Book

available to Microsoft Outlook. This includes the Global Address List, Outlook Contacts,

and CallPilot Address Book.

To m ake a call, you select the Call Directory menu item from the Tools->CallPilot

Desktop Messaging Tools menu, or press the Call Directory toolbar button. This

brings up the Microsoft Outlook Select Names dialog box, which allows you to navigate

all Address Books.

When a user i

s selected from the Select Names dialog box, CallPilot attempts to

retrieve telephone numbers from the following fields:

 Assistant

 Business

 Business 2

 Car

 Home

 Home 2

 ISDN
