Table 20 describes the fields in Figure 30.

Configuring Dial Backup

To change the dial backup settings, click WAN , then the Dial Backup tab. The

screen appears as shown in Figure 31.

Label Description

Active Select this check box to have the Business Secure Router use traffic

redirect if the normal WAN connection goes down.

Backup

Gateway IP

Address

Type the IP address of your backup gateway in dotted decimal

notation. The Business Secure Router automatically forwards traffic to

this IP address if the Business Secure Router's Internet connection

terminates.

Apply Click Apply to save your changes back to the Business Secure Router.

Reset Click Reset to begin configuring this screen afresh.
