Voice Record market parameters

To set the Voice Record market parameters:

1. On the navigation tree, click Market Parameters.

Clicking the Market Parameters navigation key causes the key to disappear.

You must click Market Parameters.

The Voice Record Market Parameters (report options) screen appears.

The Voice Record market parameters are:

Setting Definition

NameCLID Lets users enable and disable reporting the CLID Name of the call.

This parameter affects only the Norstar record format. Not all trunks support

CLID Name.

The default NameCLID is Enabled.

LongCLID Lets users enable and disable supporting the long CLID digit reporting.

This parameter is very market specific. Do not change the default unless the

trunk supports this feature.

The default Long CLID is Disabled.

Call Type Lets users enable and disable reporting the call type (Long distant or

Unknown).

This parameter affects only the Norstar record format. Do not change the

default unless the trunk supports this feature.

The default call type is Enabled.
