Configuring Multicast Forwarding on an OSPF Interface
By default, multicast packets are forwarded on an OSPF interface when you add
MOSPF to the router. You can use Site Manager to configure OSPF forwarding on
the interface as required.
Site Manager Procedure
You do this System responds
1. In the Configuration Manager window,
choose
Protocols
.
The Protocols menu opens.
2. Choose
IP
. The IP menu opens.
3. Choose
OSPF/MOSPF
. The OSPF menu opens.
4. Choose
Interfaces
. The OSPF Interfaces window opens.
5. Set the
Multicast Forwarding
parameter.
Click on
Help
or see the parameter
description on page A-37.
6. Click on
Apply
, and then click on
Done
. You return to the Configuration Manager
window.
