Attribute Values Description

Netwrk Diversion <check box> Allows calls to be redirected to an outside network.

MCID <check box> Malicious Call Identification

When selected, the called party can use FEATURE 897 to request the

network to record the identity of an incoming call. including:

• called party number

• calling party number

• local time and date of the activity

• calling party sub-address, if provided by the calling user

MCID note

The feature code must be entered within 25 seconds of the caller

hanging up. (A 25-second busy tone occurs.) If the called party hangs

up first, there is no opportunity to use the feature.

Note: The call identification comes from your service provider, not the

BCM. You must have the service activated by the CO before the

feature is active for the user, regardless of the setting in this field.
