Using ipView SoftBoard 25

The Nortel Reporting for Contact Center sends messages when:

 A parameter goes into the alarm state and has a message associated with it.

 A message is scheduled to be sent.

 The System Manager or Skillset Supervisor manually sends a message.

The Message View window closes automatically when the message has been displayed for a

couple of seconds up to about 20 seconds depending on the length of the message. If a threshold

had been set for a particular parameter, the Message View window will display the message for

as long as the threshold condition is valid.

Parameter View

The Parameter View window displays the current value of a selected parameter. The Parameter

View displays the selected parameter value in a large font so that an agent can easily monitor the

current parameter value. To activate the Parameter View window, click one of the

ipView

SoftBoard

parameter values (not the abbreviation or description).
