Parameter: Forward Cache TTL

Path: Configuration Manager > Protocols > IP > Multicast > DVMRP > Circuit

Default: 700

Options: 300 to 86400 seconds

Function: Specifies the TTL for an entry in the forwarding table.

Instructions: If your neighbor is running DVMRP mrouted, Bay Networks recommends a

TTL value of 300 seconds.

interface to Do Not Advertise.
