The Avaya 3100 Mobile Communicator - Web UI (Avaya 3100 MC - Web
UI) allows access to Avaya 3100 Mobile Communicator - Client (Avaya
3100 MC - Client) features, using a web browser, as an alternative to using
an installed client on a device.
Avaya 3100 Mobile Communicator Web UI allows users to access and
manage the following Avaya 3100 Mobile Communicator features:
• Create a list of telephone numbers to which office calls can be
simultaneously routed.
•
Place an enterprise call using the office dialing format (for example, a
4-digit extension), and to take that call on any telephone
•
Search the corporate directory and use click-to-call from search results
list
• View the message waiting indicator (MWI) and click-to-call voice mail
•
Suspend mobile call routing with Do Not Disturb (DND) mode
• Access mid-call features using star (*) code dialing from the listed
telephone
•
Single number reach: user configurable call routing allows office calls
to simultaneously ring on any internal or public switched telephone
network (PSTN) Direct Inward Dial (DID) telephone
•
Single identity: Outbound calls dialed using the Avaya 3100 Mobile
Communicator Web UI carry the user’s office Calling Line Identification
(CLID)
• Single Voice Mail: Avaya 3100 Mobile Communicator Web UI helps
reduce messages on the corporate voice mail system by allowing users
to publish only their office telephone number, and not their direct cell
phone number for business use
• Enterprise telephony from any telephone
• Enterprise dialing with least cost routing and toll avoidance on long
distance calls
