Frame Processing
When a frame enters a Frame Relay network, the network performs three steps to
process the data:
1. Verifies the CRC; if an error is found, it drops the frame.
2. Performs a table lookup for the DLCI; if the DLCI is invalid or unknown, it
drops the frame.
3. If the frame is valid, forwards it to its destination.
