Meaning: One of the cables that makes up the ASN's backbone has been disconnected, or one of the
ASNs has been powered off.
Action: Check the cables, terminators and power switches. If all the cables and terminators are
intact and all the power switches are on, call the Bay Networks Technical Response Center
to report the error message.
